The hotel is super close to robinson's mall, so easy to shop. Our room was really clean and nicely renovated. Air-con was quiet and the fridge worked well, nice. Staff were friendly and quick to help with our requests.
had some issues with the internet being a bit slow and the blankets were too thin for my liking.

Good location: close to lrt station, plenty of taxi and jeepney; Value for money; Easy shopping: opposite to Robinson's Mall; Friendly staff.
Elevator was out of order for a short time. Matress cover was worn and torn.

Chilled-out base for 9 nights with affable staff upon my request by a friendly staff. Perfect and good location in Manila, short walk to Robinsons Place Manila, mall and restaurants and other tourist attractions. Good meals for breakfast.
Wi-Fi was bad.

We loved visiting the nearby amusement park. It was perfect for family bonding. The staff were friendly and we appreciated the convenient location next to Robinson's Mall. The Euro Suite was spacious for our family of four, a big plus.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities available.

The hotel's position was good, close to the airport. The staff was courteous and polite, and the service was great.

missingWrote a review on 16 Junconvenient locationcozy roominconsistent staff communicationpoor shower facilitieslack of basic supplies
The location offers easy access to amenities, with a shopping mall just across the street. The communication from staff could use improvement, as they asked an inappropriate question during check-in. The shower facilities were not up to par, with an ineffective heater and lack of basic supplies like bath mats. The cozy room design and the availability of Netflix provided a comfortable stay, but overall attention to detail was lacking.

I was charged an additional 530 pesos for checking in early @ 11am, which I found ironic since I also checked out the next day even before 11am. Also, breakfast was lousy. Stayed in a mujch cheaper motel the last 2 years and found it even better insodar as breakfast was concern.

Good location, vibrant street close to the metro station Pedro Gil (not UN station!!!), a shopping mall in front of the hotel, so plenty of taxis or eating places are available. Even walking alone as a woman at night I felt safe at all times. Internet was good in my room ;)
It is NOT located where it is indicated on the map, but close to Pedro Gil station. The staff is not friendly at all, like other Philippino people, in fact I had to ask the bellboy to help me with my super heavy luggage down the stairs, although he saw me struggling (I'm a girl). The breakfast is according to the local costums, it is more of a lunch for Europeans (rice, stewed meat and cooked vegetables) but I did not mind. Do not be upset about this, if you want full catering go to a fancy hotel. I had a nice but small room (the rooms are not modern, but I did not care) however my colleague received a room without window. Check in time is 13.00 as the earliest!!

location very convenient for sight seeing, shopping and easy to reach airports
Standard room we wwere in didn't have windows. The bathroom was dirty, shower curtains mouldy at the seam, hand wash basin takes ages to drain and lasttly towels and bedlinen really looked dirty. Stayed only because we were tired to moved out. My son and girl friend have to move rooms two times. Found the reception people not welcoming
